 Administrative Coordinator – South Ogden, UT – Position open until filled.


Kier Property Management is currently seeking a dynamic leader with supervisory experience, possessing the ability to positively influence, mentor.


General Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing training to Site Managers at new hire
  • Provide on-going training for staff throughout employment
  • Monitor and ensure all resident files are complete and in compliance
  • Monitor and ensure all program reporting requirements are complete and in compliance
  • Assist with monthly submission of HAP vouchers
  • Assist with purchase order and work order process as needed 
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets, when requested
  • Remain current on all program changes and keep all Site Managers up-to-date and informed
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of property management software program
  • Function as liaison with third party auditing agencies, etc.
  • Assist in monitoring day-to-day operations
  • Perform Site Manager duties when position vacancy exists

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have reliable transportation, and a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
  • Real Estate License or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
  • Ability to travel out of state.
  • Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently.
  • HUD Section 8, RAD Home Funds, and LIHTC experience a plus
  • Experience in Excel, Microsoft Office, property management software (Yardi/ AppFolio preferred)
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially.
  • Driven, self-motivated, dependable, honest, communicate effectively and have a positive attitude.
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills

Property Manager – Ogden, UT – Position open until filled.


Kier Property Management serving the housing needs of low-income families in Utah, seeks a full-time Property Managers with demonstrated experience in effective property management for LIHTC and HUD Section 8.


General Responsibilities:

Directly supervise the daily site operation to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness

 • Resident selection and certification to ensure all required paperwork, financial & program eligibility is completed accurately and timely

• Conducts initial lease process with certification and annual re-certification for HUD  compliance 

• General property management duties including unit inspections, rent collections, and maintaining a waiting list.

 

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation, and a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required

 • Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently

• LIHTC and HUD Section 8  experience a plus

• Experience in Excel, Microsoft Office, property management software (Yardi preferred)

• Strong mathematical skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially

Kier Property Management is seeking a full-time or part-time Resident Service Coordinator for an elderly/disabled affordable housing community. The ideal candidate must have experience working with diverse populations, strong organizations skills and excellent customer service. The Resident Service Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing supportive services to promote a quality living experience for all residents. This position requires strict adherence to the Fair Housing Act, American with Disabilities Act and Section 504 regulations as well as all State/Federal Law.

Maintenance Technicians – Ogden, UT – Position open until filled.


Kier Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will assist and support the required maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the properties, including, but not limited to, make ready of units, maintenance for current residences.


General Responsibilities:

Performs preventative maintenance and apartment turns

• Participates in diagnosing problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, appliances, and plumbing

• Responds to resident maintenance issues and repairs by responding promptly and professionally. 

• Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants and promotes a quality living experience for all residents

• Available for taking turns for on-call assignments


Qualifications:

Maintenance Helper – Ogden, UT – Position open until filled.


Kier Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Helper. The Maintenance Helper will assist and support the required maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the properties.


General Responsibilities:

Remove carpet and pad form units assist in unit clean-out

• Assist with clogged drains and plumbing issues

• Assist other departments with moving furniture, cleaning, unloading, and storing supplies

 residents

• Assist maintenance technicians with duties as directed

• Assist with snow removal and ice melt distribution 

• Available for taking turns for on-call assignments
