Kier Management was formed in 1978 to operate and manage company-owned residential and commercial properties. Through carefully managed growth we soon began offering quality property management services on a fee basis to other real estate owners of subsidized and income restricted properties, as well as traditional housing communities and commercial facilities.
Today, Kier Management’s portfolio includes approximately 1,500 residential units and operates over 300,000 square feet of commercial property in three western states. We are a hands-on, fully-integrated, second generation company that leverages a team of well-trained experts, sophisticated accounting and reporting services, and professional maintenance technicians. From the financial management to our full suite of residential and commercial property services, owners can rest assured their investments are well taken care of.
